Biological data is increasing each day, and the need for more robust methods and new techniques to analyse this data is need of the hour. Here we introduce the software BioSpectrogram- A tool for spectral analysis of biological sequences.
BioSpectrogram is an open source , user friendly software and helps biologists to analyse the sequences in a easy way. The software integrates Matlab for easy visualization of plots and identify the key elements in the sequences like coding regions, open reading frames, similar proteins and more.
