ABSTRACT
We consider the problem of modelling cell population
dynamics in colonic crypt. Over the years many modeling techniques
has been introduced in systems biology but recently stochastic pi-Calculas
has shown a greater promise to model the biological systems. In this work,
a new model has been proposed for modelling the cell population
dynamics in colonic crypt using stochastic pi-calculus and also
some exceptions to the earlier models have been found.
